基质配比及生长调节剂对八仙花扦插生根的影响

摘　　要：以珍珠岩与腐殖土不同配比及粘土为基质,扦插八仙花。结果表明,珍珠岩∶腐殖土为1∶2处理的生根率达85%,苗最健壮。用10,50,150,200m gL/的IAA、IBA及NAA分别处理八仙花插穗,发现150,200mgL/IBA,150mgL/NAA处理的生根率均超过95%,若考虑成本,则选择150mgL/NAA。Using different ratio between perlite and peat to treat cutting of Hydrangea macrophylla Ser. showed that the rooting percent was 85% and the strongest seedlings with 1：2 （perlite to peat） treatments. Treating the cuttings with 10,50,150,200 mg/L IAA, IBA and NAA respectively, the rooting percent was reported over 95% with 150 mg/L IAA, 200 mg/L IBA and 150 mg/L NAA. Taking cost into account, dosage of 150 mg/L NAA was recommended.
