摘  要:电镜观察苯丙酸雌二醇和己酸孕酮对昆明雌性小鼠额叶皮质锥体神经元细胞器、树突和树突内微管超微结构的影响.根据雌鼠的动情周期,对卵巢切除的幼鼠每天注射1次8μg雌二醇或8μg雌二醇加2mg孕酮,治疗2个月.结果显示:卵巢切除用雌二醇治疗组、卵巢切除用雌二醇加孕酮治疗组和正常对照组神经元胞质内粗面内质网聚集,树突长度比卵巢切除组分别增加28.81%、81.98%和60.81%;树突内微管比卵巢切除组分别增加32.00%、60.00%和43.60%.卵巢切除组粗面内质网分布不规则,管腔扩大;线粒体膨胀伴有嵴断裂;溶酶体无明显变化.Effects of estradioli benzoatis (EB) and hydroxyprogesteroni caprotis (HPC) on organelles, dendrites and microtubules in the pyramidal neurons of the frontal cortex in female Kunming mice were observed under electron microscope. The pyramidal neurons of the frontal cortex were ex-amined in ovariectomized(OVX) mice treated with 8μg EB or 8μg + 2 mg HPC for two months. The results indicated that the cytoplasm of neurons with rough endoplasmic reticulum (rER) ap-peared in EB group, EB+HPC group and the control group. The dentritic length increased by 28.81%, 81. 98% and 60.81%; and the microtubule number of the dentrites increased by 32%, 60% and 43. 6% respectively compared with OVX group. The irregular distribution of rER with dilated lumen was observed in OVX group. Mitochondria became swellen with disintegrated cristae, while lysosomes remained intact.
