牛主泪腺的形态学及组织化学研究

摘　　要：采用形态学和组织化学的方法对牛的主泪腺进行了研究,结果表明:牛主泪腺属浆粘液性腺,以中性粘液腺细胞为主,细胞呈多形性,颗粒为异质性.浆液性腺细胞中蛋白质类分泌颗粒可能是泪液中抗微生物蛋白的主要来源,并与泪腺中的淋巴细胞、巨噬细胞一起参与眼的免疫功能.The main lacrimal glands of 4 healthy bulls free of ocular disease were studied by the meth-ods of histochemistry and morphology. The result indicated that the gland was a kind of seromu-cou cells, most of which were neutromucous cells. The protein granules secreted by serou cells were the main substance which was antimicroorganic protein of the lacrimal. This kind of pro-tein. together with lymphocytes and macrophages in the gland was responsible for the immunity of the eye.
