摘　　要：真空蒸馏是除去海绵钛中杂质的关键过程,合理选择真空机组对提高海绵钛的质量至关重要。根据镁还原-真空蒸馏工艺的特点及各种真空泵的特性,提出了克劳尔法生产海绵钛工艺中真空蒸馏的最佳真空机组。Vacuum distillation is the key process to remove foreign materials from titanium sponge. Rational choosing of assembling vacuum unit is of vital importance to improving the quality of titanium sponge. According to the features of reduction distillation technology and characteristics of all kinds of vacuum pumps, the best assembling vacuum unit on producing titanium sponge by Kroll Process was has been brought forward.
