摘 要:目的和方法:嗜酸性粒细胞(EC)是哮喘发病中的重要效应细胞,为研究哮喘患者体内EC的激活程度,我们选择血清嗜酸细胞阳离子蛋白(ECP)浓度和外周血EC密度作为其活性指标进行检测.结果:哮喘患者外周血低密度(密度<1.090kg/L)嗜酸细胞(HE)(36.30±14.80)%较正常人(14.71±8.20)%增多(P<0.05);患者血清ECP浓度(10.74±7.22)mg/L也高于正常人(6.39±4.91)mg/L(P<0.05),哮喘患者血HE百分比与ECP浓度呈显著相关(r=0.40,P<0.05).结论:哮喘患者体内EC激活;Objective and Methods: Eosinophils are major effect cells in pathogenesis of asthma. To investigate the degree of eosinophil activity in asthmatic patients, we measured serum eosinophil cation protein (ECP) level and peripheral blood eosinophil density. Results: The number of hypodense eosinophils in the blood of asthmatic patients were significantly higher than that in normal subjects [(36.30±14.80) % vs (14.71±8.20)%, P <0.05]. The level of serum ECP increased in parallel to that of hypodense eosinophil percentage (HE%). Conclusion: Eosinophils in asthmatics are activated. The blood HE% and serum ECP level could be considered as parameters indicating the severity of chronic airway inflammation.
