摘　　要：目的 建立HPLC法测定行气脉动胶囊中乙酰水杨酸的含量。方法 采用Kromasil C18(250mm×4．6mm 5μm)柱, 流动相为甲醇-0．1％二乙胺水溶液-冰醋酸(40:60:4),检测波长为280nm。结果 测得线性范围为0．6～1．4mg·ml-1(r =0．9998),平均回收率为99．73％,RSD为1．23％(n=5)。结论 本法简便,准确。Objective To establish a HPLC method for determining the content of Acetylsalicylic Acid in a spirit and pulsation capsules.Methods Using Kromasil C18（250mm×4.6mm 5μm）as the colunm and the mobile phase was methanol- 0.1% diethylamine- acetic acid glacial （40：60：4） .The detective wavelength was at 280nm. Results The linear range is 0.6-1.4mg·ml^-1（ r = 0. 9998）. The average recovery rate was 99.73 % and RSD was 1.23 % （ n = 5）. Conclusion The method is simple and accurate.
