摘 要:研究不同拌种处理对紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa)的影响,结果表明:室内与室外盆栽发芽结果基本一致,发芽率都没有明显提高;在苜蓿分枝期拌种处理的结瘤数和鲜重都有不同程度的增加,根瘤数量提高21.7%~232%,鲜重增加了3.7%~25.4%,光合速率和蒸腾速率略低于对照;苜蓿种子处理剂活菌量(CFU ml-1)跟踪监测结果表明,S型最适合活菌保存,在常温保存条件(20~30℃)优于4℃保存.A study of the formulations of alfalfa rhizobia seed dressing was conducted. Six groups of alfalfa seeds were mixed with three different treatment formulations. The result shows that there has been no obvious difference in germination rate between potted plants kept in or out of the experiment house. During the alfalfa plants branching period, their root nodule numbers per plant, weight of resh plant, photosynthesis rate, transpiration rate, and water use efficiency were measured. Comparing alfalfa plants grown from seed with or without rhizobia treatment, we found that the former produced more root nodules and attained higher fresh plant weight. The number of root nodules was raised 21.7%-232%, and the weight of fresh plants increased by 3.7%-25.4%, while the photosynthesis rate and the transpiration rate are lower than CK. The CFU ml^-1 of seed treatment formulations was monitored. Among the three seed treatment formulations, S formulation was the fittest for preservation of live rhizobia. The preservation temperature of 20-30℃ was better than cold storage of 4℃.
