左旋布比卡因对兔眼表面麻醉作用

摘　　要：目的探讨左旋布比卡因的表面麻醉作用。方法 14只兔(28只眼)均分为4组,分别 滴入0．75％的布比卡因、左旋布比卡因、丁卡因和生理盐水0．2 ml,用兔角膜刺激法比较3种局麻药的 表面麻醉作用。结果0．75％的左旋布比卡因滴入兔眼后3 min即达峰效应,持续15min以上,其作用 与同浓度的布比卡因相似,比同浓度的丁卡因弱(P<0．05)。结论左旋布比卡因有较强的表面麻醉作用。Objective To investigate the superficial anesthetic action of L-bupivacaine. Methods 14 rabbits （28 eyes） were randomly divided 4 groups equally and were dripped with each of 0. 75% bupivacaine,L-bupivacaine,decicaine or normal saline 0. 2 ml. Three superficial anesthetic actions were compared in cornea stimulated method rank-sum test was applied. Results The superficial anesthetic peak effect of L-bupivacaine was acted after dripping with 0.75 % L-bupivacaine, and lasted over 15 min. The effect was similar to that of the same concentration bupivacaine and was weaker than the same concentration decicaine （P （0.05）. Conclusions L-bupivacaine has the superficial anesthetic strong action.
