摘 要:资源化利用矿山剥离废弃物用以生产建筑砖瓦,是符合国家的新型墙体材料革新、建筑节能及利用三废制砖等一系列矿业可持续发展的产业政策。本文介绍利用矿山废渣生产砖、瓦等建筑材料的市场前景,阐述了部分国家墙体改革的一些政策,并以齐大山铁矿为例,介绍了以矿山排岩废渣生产烧结空心砖、装饰瓦的工艺技术及主要设备,其经验为矿山废弃物综合利用提供一条有效的途径。Using peeled off waste residues from mining to produce construction bricks and tiles meets the series of mining industrial policies of sustainable development, in terms of renovation of new types of wall materials,energy conservation and the “three wastes” utilization. In this paper, the future market using the mine wastes to produce construction materials such as bricks and tiles etc is introduced;and this is followed by an introduction of some of relevant policies of wall body renovation in China. The primary process and equipment for producing such air bricks and decorating tiles using mines wastes of Qidashan Mine as raw materials are discussed. The practice and experience from the production shows that it is an effective way of comprehensive uses of the waste mine materials.
