摘　　要：深化安徽省劳动就业体制改革已极为迫切,同时也具备了较为充实的现实条件。而在政府管理方面、劳动力市场建设方面和劳动者群体方面,都存在着深化就业体制改革的制约因素。深化劳动就业体制改革是一项系统工程,应努力增强就业体制的整体性与有序性,处理好就业体制的层次性与集合性要求,不断强化就业体制的动态开放性。In Anhui province, it has been extremely urgent to deepen the reform of the labor employment system, which also has had relatively practical reasons. At the same time, the confinement factors of deepening the reform of the employment system exist in the aspects of the running of the government, the construction of the labor market and the worker community. It is an item of system engineering to deepen the reform of the employment system, so as far as the employment system is concerned, we should make efforts to strengthen the integration and the orderliness, handle the requirement of the hierarchy and the collectivity diligently, constantly reinforce the dynamic openness.
