经营者业绩评价与企业业绩评价的关系及实证研究

摘　　要：经营者业绩评价与企业业绩评价是管理活动的重要内容,文章分析了两者的区别与联系,提出了一种动态的相对业绩评价机制,将经营者业绩与企业业绩联系在一起,通过对企业业绩的二次相对评价来反映经营者由于努力经营管理而产生的业绩,为现代公司治理中关于代理人业绩评价的难题提供了一种解决的方法。Manager＇s performance evaluation and enterprise＇s performance evaluation are important content of management activities. This paper analyzes the differences and relation between them, put forward a dynamic relative evaluation system, which connect managers＇ performance with enterprise＇s performance and represent the performance from managers＇ effort by the binary relative evaluation to enterprise＇s performance, and it will provide a solution to the puzzle about the performance evaluation of the manager in the enterprise management.
