摘　　要：结合编辑实践,对网络技术在科技学术期刊审稿中的作用进行总结。网络资源在稿件的初审、遴选审稿专家和充实审稿专家数据库以及进行网上审稿中都有着十分重要的作用。Based on the practice of editing, the author made a brief summary on the effects of network technique on the manuscript reviewing for scientific journals. The net resources are playing important roles in preliminary reviewing, selection of peer reviewers, enriching peer reviewer database and reviewing via net.
