摘 要:玻璃炭作为一种特殊炭材料已广泛应用于许多领域,其制备、性质、应用以及基本结构的研究已经取得了很大的进展,已有的研究结果表明酚醛树脂基玻璃炭是一种典型的非石墨化炭材料,由sp2杂化态碳原子和 sp3杂化态碳原子组成,且在其类富勒烯结构中存在五元环和七元环。本文着重介绍了热分析和红外光谱在酚醛树脂热解过程的机理研究方面的应用,讨论了酚醛树脂的热解化学及机理,详述了X射线衍射、Raman光谱和高分辨率透射电子显微镜对酚醛树脂基玻璃炭微观结构表征方面的进展。Glass- like carbon, an important material with unique properties, has been widely used in many fields. Tremendous progress has been made in the research about the properties, methods of preparation, applications as well as fundamental structure of glass - like carbons in the past decades. The results available now indicate that glass - like carbon synthesized from phenolic resin is a non - graphitizing carbon, and consists of both sp2 - hybridized carbon atoms that form imperfect graphite structure and sp3 - hybridized carbon atoms that are due to the presence of disordered carbon; and in the fullerene - related structure of glass - like carbon, there exist some pentagons and heptagons carbon rings. In this paper, the fabrication mechanism and configuration of glass - like carbons derived from phenolic resin are reviewed. In particular, the mechanism involved in the preparation of glass - like carbon derived from phenolic resin is addressed in terms of information obtained from thermo - analysis and FT - IR spectroscopy. The progresses about the study of configuration of glass - like carbon derived from phenolic resin using XRD, Raman spectroscopy and high - resolution transmission electron microscopy are also discussed.
