云南省水资源可再生性的多级模糊综合评价

摘　　要：针对水资源可再生性的特点,建立了水资源可再生性评价指标体系,并采用多级模糊综合评判方法,对云南省16个地区的水资源可再生性进行了综合评价。根据计算结果,能够初步确定评价区水资源可再生能力的强弱性,将为如何有效地利用水资源,避免水环境的恶化起到一定的指导作用。This paper has established a water resources renewability assessment index system according to the renewability characteristics of water resources and has made a comprehensive assessment of respective water resources renewability using the method of multi - level fuzzy comprehensive assessment in 16 regions of Yunnan province. The assessment results can be used to tentatively determine the disparity in the water resources renewability of the assessed regions, and serve the function of guidance in how to make effective use of the water resources and in how to avoid deterioration of the water environment.
