摘 要:目的进行相变墙房间与普通墙房间温度场与热流变化的对比实验,分析冬季工况下相变墙房间和普通墙房间室内环境的变化规律,探讨相变墙对改善室内热环境,减少建筑能耗的可能性.方法以电热膜为热源,建立相变墙房间和普通墙房间,利用温度和热流巡检装置对其进行温度和热流测试,分析相变墙房间和普通墙房间温度场和热流的变化规律.结果通过相变墙房间与普通墙房间对冬季工况下室内热环境影响的实验分析,得到在相近的室外环境下,相变墙房间的室内温度波动幅度小于普通墙房间,相变墙房间与室外的换热量小于普通墙房间的测试结果.结论在建筑围护结构中,加入相变储能构件,具有减少室内温度场的波动,改善室内热环境,降低建筑能耗的作用,同时可以节约设备的规模和配套的投资费用;对于电力采暖系统有一定的“移峰填谷”的效果.Through the contrast experiment of temperature and heat flow between phase change wall room and ordinary room, the rule of indoor environment of phase change wall room and ordinary room was analysed. The feasibility of improving indoor heat environment and reducing building energy consumption was discussed by using phase change wall. The temperature and heat flow were tested with checking equipments of temperature heat flow in phase change wall room and ordinary room and the rules of indoor temperature and heat flow in phase change wall room and ordinary room were analysed. Through the contrast experiment in winter between phase change wall room and ordinary room in analogous outside environment, the inside temperature fluctuating range and heat exchange were both smaller than that in ordinary room. The experiment proves that the phase change components that are attached on building construct could reduce the wave of indoor temperature, improve indoor heat environment and depress building energy consumption.
