摘 要:采用三维有限厚度带球面键槽接缝单元模拟拱坝横缝,推导了球面键槽的接触物理方程,探讨了球面键槽的最优中心角.在三维瞬态温度场仿真计算结果的基础上,利用三维瞬态非线性有限元方法对小湾拱坝横缝开度进行了全过程仿真分析.计算中考虑了坝体材料的热力学性能、浇筑过程、环境温度变化、封拱和蓄水过程以及接缝在灌浆前后的不同力学性质等因素.计算结果表明,小湾拱坝大部分灌区横缝开度满足灌浆要求,灌浆后蓄水对横缝有压紧作用,不存在二次灌浆问题.A 3-D isoparametric joint element with spherical surface key grooves of finite thickness is used to simulate transverse joints of arch dam. The contact physical equation of spherical surface key grooves is derived; and the reasonable center angle is argued. On the basis of simulation of transient temperature field, the whole process of Xiaowan arch dam's transverse joints aperture is simulated by use of transient 3-D nonlinear FEM. In the simulation, thermal and mechanical properties, concrete construction, temperature variation of environment, crown filling and water impoundment orders, the different mechanical property of joint element before and after crown filling are considered. The simulation result indicates that transverse joints aperture in most of the grout regions satisfy the requirements of joint grouting. Water impoundment presses the transverse joints tight after joint grouting; therefore transverse joints will not be drawn open and needn't to be grouted again.
