摘 要:探索了工业废渣与水泥熟料相互作用的定量指标.以掺惰性材料--刚玉粉的水泥水化样作参比样,研究和分析了低水胶比下粉煤灰、煤矸石与水泥熟料的相互作用.实验中粉煤灰掺量为10%~80%,煤矸石掺量为20%~60%,龄期为1~672 h.结果表明,水泥中掺入粉煤灰和煤矸石,由于水泥熟料用量降低而产生的稀释作用促进了水泥熟料的水化,而其他物理化学作用则依工业废渣的掺量、水化样龄期的不同而表现为促进或延缓水泥熟料的水化.The quantitative indexes of interaction of industrial residue and clinker are investigated. And using the cement hydration specimen mixed with alundum powder as reference, the dilution effect and other physical and chemical effects of fly ash and coal gangue on cement hydration at low W/B ratio are studied and analyzed. In the experiments, eight contents of fly ash were selected: 10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, 50%, 60%, 70% and 80% addition to the binder weight; and for cement replacement by coal gangue, 20%, 30%, 50% and 60% were selected. And the ages vary from lh to 672 h. The results of experiments show that, the hydration of the clinker was accelerated because of the dilution effect caused by the addition of fly ash and coal gangue. The other physical or chemical effects of fly ash and coal gangue on the hydration of clinker are related to the addition amount and the hydration age.
