摘 要:论述了我国生态脆弱地区在国家发展战略中的重要地位及在发展中遇到的生态压力,对澳大利亚与我国的干旱地区进行了比较研究,指出城市园林绿地系统规划在生态脆弱地区的重要意义.在对新疆城市生态特征分析的基础上,提出了以“林水共生”、“封闭的,多层次的”和“地域生态特色”为原则,适合西北干旱地区的城市园林绿地规划模式,并在新疆博乐市园林绿地系统规划中运用和验证.The ecologically fragile regions' important position in national development strategy and the pressure in ecosystem are discussed; the arid zone of Northwest China is researched by comparing with Australia; and the important meaning of urban landscape and green land planning in ecologically fragile regions is pointed out. Then,on the base of analyzing the characters of urban ecological system in Xinjiang Autonomous Region, a landscape and green land planning mode fitting for cities in the arid zone of Northwest China is put forward. This mode means “without water without forests” and “closed, various levels of structure” and “region character”; and this mode is practised and verified in the urban landscape and green land planning of Bole City in Xinjiang.
