摘 要:皮江法是镁还原工艺中采用最为广泛的一种热法炼镁工艺。通过采用CFX软件对皮江法镁还原炉内的换热进行了数学建模和仿真计算,研究开发了一种安装在还原罐中强化罐内径向传热的装置,这种装置在缩短镁还原周期近30%的同时,实现了金属镁还原炉的机械化装出料。L. M. Pidgeon's reduction art, a magnesium reduction method based on firing and heating, is most widely used in magnesium production. The thermal process in L. M. Pidgeon's reduction furnace is numerically simulated with the comprehensive CFX software. A radial conductive intensifier is brought to light so as to enhance the heat transfer from the reduction jar to the mineral inside. The application of the intensifier results in the diminishing of the reduction cycle by about 30%. And also, the mineral load and slag discharge are mechanized with this new invention.
