摘 要:介绍了MonteCarlo法模拟矿热炉炉料导电行为的初步研究。模拟结果表明,模拟炉料中,矿石粒径一定,随焦炭粒径增大,形成逾渗结构的临界值φc(导电相体积分数)增大;在临界点以上,炉料导电性与导电相——焦炭含量的关系近似于对数关系。纯焦炭颗粒直径对其电阻影响的模拟结果与冷态实验结果不符,说明该数学模型在模拟炉料电阻变化方面尚需要改进。Monte Carlo algorithm for simulation of conductive behavior of charging stock has been proposed. The results of calculation show that, for the charging stock with a constant sized ore grains and a variable sized granular coke, the bigger the coke grain is, the higher the value of critical point Φc (the fraction of the conductive phase volume) is. Above the critical point Φc, the conductivity of charging stock has a relation to the volume ratio of conductive phase, coke in mixed charging, which may be expressed as logarithm nearly. Compared with the results of the practical experiment, the simulation of conductivity of granular coke is not reasonable. The mathematical model based on Monte Carlo algorithm still needs to be improved in the aspect of the resistant of charging stock.
