原发性高血压患者脂联素水平变化及临床意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨原发性高血压(EH)患者血清脂联素(APN)含量的变化及意义。方法:采用酶联免疫法测定41 例EH患者和23例正常健康人的血清APN值。结果:1级EH患者血清中APN水平明显下降(与对照组比较P< 0．01),2级及3级EH患者血清中APN水平进一步下降(与1级比较P<0．05),但2级及3级间差异无显著性(P >0．05)。结论:EH患者脂联素水平降低,提示脂联素与EH的发生、发展过程有关,可作为评价原发性高血压严重 程度的一个新指标。Objective：To investigate the changes of serum adiponeetin（APN） content in patient with essential hypertension （EH）. Methods： Serum APN contents in 41 EH cases and 23 health cases were measured by ELISA. Results： APN level reduced in early stage of EH （P〈0.01, compared with control group） and continued to reduce in EH grade 2 and 3 （P〈0.05） compared with grade 1, but there was no difference between EH grade 2 and grade 3 （P〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The result indicates that level of APN significantly decreases in EH patients. APN may be a new marker for severity of essential hypertension.
