摘 要:在微波辐照条件下,考察了消毒剂浓度、辐照时间对医院废水消毒效果的影响.以稀释一定比例的医院废水100 mL为杀菌对象,微波功率280W,微波加热3 m in,加入质量分数0.5%的甲醛溶液1 mL为消毒剂时,出水的大肠杆菌指标参照粪大肠杆菌的出水指标,符合国家二级排放标准.只用微波辐照或只用甲醛消毒和在微波辐照下甲醛消毒的对照实验中,通过考察残余大肠杆菌量,证明了微波对甲醛消毒有协同作用.Under the microwave irradiation ,the concentration of the disinfectant and the time affecting the sterilizing rate of colon bacillus existing in hospital wastewater are studied in this paper. The data present that the remaining colon bacillus in hospital wastewater is only 2 × 10^3piece/L when it is irradiated for 3 min by microwave (280 W) and 0. 5% mass fraction formaldehyde lmL. According to the fecal coliform standard of hospital wastewater, the remaining colon bacillus of the effluent reaches the second national standard when the effluent is sterilized with formaldehyde under the microwave irradiation. Compared sterilization only under the microwave irradiation with that only with formaldehyde, the remaining colon bacillus is monitored. It is proved that the microwave can work in coordination with formaldehyde for sterilization.
