摘 要:采用对比试验、均匀试验和正交试验方法,研究了杂种马褂木采穗圃穗条产量和扦插促根剂配方。结果表明,杂种马褂木采穗圃栽植密度以1×1.5 m为宜,单株保留2根萌芽条最好,全年平均每株产插穗68根;促根剂最佳配方为400 mg/kg NAA+300 mg/kg辅助物质+300 mg/kgIBA+1000mg/kg多菌灵+30 s浸穗时间,生根率可达82%以上。The production of cuttings and the dron chinense x L. tulipifera are studied with proportioning of rooting nutrition solution for Lirioden- opposite test, uniform test and orthogonal test. The results show that the planting density in scion plucking nursery should be 1 -1.5m and two shoots should be remained on one stem. During the period of one year, 68 cuttings can be produced. The best proportion of rooting nutrition solution is 400 mg/kg NAA (Naphthalene Acetic Acid), 300 mg/kg supplementary material, 300 mg/kg IBA (Indole Butyric Acid) and 1 000 mg/kg Carbendazol, and the cutting should be immersed in the rooting nutrition solution for 30 seconds. The rooting percentage can arrive at 80%.
