摘　　要：针对电信行业发展需求,对缴费业务系统的延伸和拓展提出了综合缴费系统的规划设计方案,介绍了系统的主要功能、组成、网络拓扑结构图、以及系统安全可靠性设计。In order to meet the demand for the development in the telecommunication industry and expand the system for fee service. The paper puts forward with the designing plan for the fee system of the integrated service. In this paper,the mainly introduces the function, composition topological structure of the network as well as the design for the security and reliability of the system.
