摘　　要：土地生产潜力是土地资源评价的重要内容之一。回顾总结了土地生产潜力的起源及发展过 程,系统的分析了土地生产潜力的研究方法,并把这些方法归纳为三类:理论计算法、经验公式法、高 产地块法,探讨了各类方法的使用条件、特点及局限性。最后对土地生产潜力研究的努力方向做了进 一步展望,提出了一些建议。Land potential productivity is an important content on the assessment of land resources. This paper reviewed the origin and the progress of land potential productivity. The land potential productivity calculating methods are classified into three categories through systemic analysis, including academic calculating method, experimental formula method and high productivity plot method. Their applying scope, advantage and limits are discussed. Meanwhile, the future prospect of land potential productivity and some suggestions are also given.
