摘 要:采用培养实验,对三种有机物料施入土壤后,土壤生物性状的变化进行了研究。试验结果表明, 有机物料直接施入对水田土壤生物量态碳有显著的提高作用,对水田土壤中酶活性的影响因土壤酶、 有机物料及水稻的生育时期的不同而不同。就施用有机物料对供试土壤酶活性影响的共性而言,在前 期皆对脲酶活性和过氧化氢酶活性的升高有抑制作用,多酚氧化酶的活性迅速提高,后期逐渐降低。对 转化酶活性和三种磷酸酶的活性都有显著的提高作用。但对过氧化物酶的影响,在供试两种土壤上,有 机物料的作用正相反。Biological properties of natural paddy soilsapplied with organic matters were studied by soil culture. The test results showed that soil biomass carbon was increased significantly by applying organic matters, the effects to soil enzymes were different in accordance with different enzyme species, paddy soils, organic matters and stages of rice growth. As far as the effect commonness of organic matters on enzymes of natural soils, organic matters had an inhabiting effect on the rising of urease and catalase activity in early stage of soil flooding, at the same time, polyphenol oxidase activity was enhanced rapidly, but declined in later stage of rice growth. Invertase activity and phosphatase activity were improved significantly. However, the effects of organic matters on dehydrogenase activity were reverse in the two soils.
