大学生恋爱对人格塑造的影响

摘　　要：目的了解大学生恋爱对人格塑造的作用,以便更好地开展大学生心理健康教育和恋爱指导。方法采用自填问卷调查法,以卡特尔16 PF人格因素量表和自编大学生恋爱情况调查表为测试工具,对包头市3所大学毕业班学生458名的人格特征和恋爱情况进行调查。结果大学生恋爱率达52.8%,平均恋爱时间(1.1±0.8)a。男生中兴奋性、紧张性因素得分,女生中稳定性、怀疑性因素得分恋爱者明显高于非恋爱者,差异有统计学意义;而恋爱女生聪慧性、世故性得分明显低于非恋爱者,差异有统计学意义。结论恋爱对在校大学生人格塑造有一定影响,并且有正负两方面作用。Objective To explore the effects of love on personality forming among undergraduates, and to develop feasible measures of undergraduate mental health education and love guidance. Methods 16PF and a self-designed questionnaire were adopted to survey personality traits and love condition among 458 undergraduates from 3 universities. Results Among the undergraduates surveyed, the incidence of love was 52.8%, and the average love time was （ 1.1：1= 0.8） years. Scores of excitement, nervous in nude and stability, doubting in female were higher but the scores of cleverness and association experience were lower among the female students falling in love. Conclusion Love of undergraduates have effects on personality forming, and the effects are both positive and negative.
