摘 要:目的:本实验观察冠心病(CAD)病人使用左归饮加减治疗前后血浆内皮素(ET)、一氧化氮(NO)水平及红细胞变形性(ED)。方法:检测39例CAD病人治疗前后血浆ET、NO水平及ED。结果:冠心病病人血浆ET水平升高(P<0.01)、NO水平降低(P<0.01),红细胞滤过指数(IF)升高(P<0.01)。治疗后血浆ET水平下降(P<0.01),NO水平明显升高(P<0.01),红细胞IF降低(P<0.01)。对照组治疗前后各项指标均无明显变化。结论:左归饮可改善CAD病人血管内皮细胞功能,改善CAD病人血浆ET和NO水平,提高红细胞变形性,对CAD心绞痛具有一定的治疗价值。Objective: In order to study the effects of modified Zuoguiyin(ZGY) on serum endothelin (ET), nitricoxide (NO) and erythrocyte deformability (ED) in coronary heart disease(CHD). Methods: The serum ET, NO concent and erythrocyte filtration(IF) were measured in the patients with CHD before and after treatment by using modified Zuoguiyin. Results: The serum NO concent in the patients with CHD was much lower than that of the control( P 〈 0.01 ), the serum ET concent and erythrocyte IF were much higher than those of control( P 〈 0.01 ). After treatment with ZGY the serum NO concent in the patients with CHD was significantly higher than that of the group before treatment( P 〈 0. 01 ), the serum ET concent and erythrocyte IF were much lower, as compared with the group before treatment ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion: ZGY can protect the vascular endothel cells and enchance ED.
