摘　　要：目的:探讨Ⅱ型糖尿病正常糖耐量一级亲属胰岛素抵抗与瘦素的关系。方法:用放免法检测30例Ⅱ型糖尿病正常糖耐量一级亲属瘦素水平并与30例正常对照组相比较。结果:Ⅱ型糖尿病正常糖耐量一级亲属瘦素水平明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05)。结论:Ⅱ型糖尿病正常糖耐量一级亲属在未发生糖尿病之前已存在胰岛素抵抗,并且可能与瘦素有关。Objective： To assess the relationship of leptin with insulin resistance in the NGT first- degree relatives of type Ⅱ diabetics. Methods：To measure the plasma levels of leptin by radioimmunossay in 30 NGT first-degree relatives of type Ⅱ diabetics and 30 normal controls at baseline. Results：As compared with the controls ,the baseline levels of leptin （ P 〈 0.05 ） were significantly increased among first-degree relatives. Conclusion：Hyperinsulinemia and insulin resistance appear early in normoglycemic first-degree relatives of type Ⅱ diabetics, which could be correlated with leptin.
