摘　　要：近年来,山西能源型城市面临着日益严峻的问题。只有正视这些问题,结合山西省情,从战略高度出发,提出山西经济转型的思路与举措,才能促进山西经济的协调发展与全面建设小康社会目标的实现。This paper expounds the serious problems that the energy- based cities in Shanxi province are faced with and proposs the measures to be taken to restrueture the economy of the province so as to promote a eoordinate development of the economy and to achieve the goal of building a well- off society in an all round way.
