摘 要:针对辽河油田曙一区油层的地质条件,对常用的钻井液处理剂进行了室内岩心渗透率损害实验和膨胀实验,优选出对岩心渗透率损害小的处理剂,配制了水溶性盐粒加重的钻井完井液,并进行了现场试验.室内试验结果表明.稀释剂对渗透率不同的各种岩心的损害较小.而降失水剂对其损害较大.三口井现场试验表明,使用水溶性盐粒加重的完井液,可消除固体颗粒对油层的堵塞,抑制粘土膨胀,减少对油层的损害。The formation damage can be prevented by means of complex salty water drilling and completion fluids without montmorillite. The effect of common drilling fluid additives on the permeability of cores and swelling properties of clay and acidization are evaluated. The results show that 80A51 fluid is the primary selected additive. The drilling and completion fluids are composed of 80A51 fluid, CMC, CPA, NTA and SK-1. Its gravity is 1. 62g/cm3. Application in three wells of Liaohe oilfield shows that these drilling and completion fluids are effective. The salt with ultra-fine grain is used as the weighting and temporary bridging agent. The salt can be completely solved in water to reduce blocking of solid grains and swelling of clay.
