摘 要:Sirofil纱线的起毛问题一直是困扰毛纺行业的一大难题,特别是混入PET短纤后问题更加突出。Sirofil纱线起毛后,纤维之间发生缠结起球,使织造时开口不清,不仅影响织造效率,且易形成毛粒,布满布面,不易脱落。这里分析了Sirofil纱线的起毛问题,尤其是纱线中混入PET短纤后的情况,认为PET短纤的物理性能会影响到Sirofil纱线结构,并以此为依据,保持工艺参数不变,改变纱线中PET短纤含量,试纺Sirofil纱,通过理论分析和实验比较PET短纤对Sirofil纱线抗起毛性能的影响。结果表明,合理选择PET短纤维可以降低毛涤Sirofil纱线的起毛问题。Pilling for Sirofil yarn has been a difficult problem, especially sirofil yarn with PET staple fibre. During pilling, some problems are caused that fibers are kinked, causing the shed clinging in process of weaving and decreasing weaving efficiency. As a result, the surface of woven fabrics is covered with some pilling which affect surface quality of fabrics. This paper analyzed the problem of pilling for sirofil yarn, especially sirofil yarn with PET staple fibre. It's deemed that the physical property of PET staple fibre would influence the construction of sirofil yarn and based on this, sirofil yarns were spun, changing the content ratio of PET staple fibre in sirofil yarn and keeping the other parameters constant. The influence of PET staple fibre on the pilling for sirofil yarn was discussed through theoretical analysis and experimental comparision. The result showed that reasonable choice of PET staple fibre can reduce the pilling for sirofil yarn.
