摘 要:通过实验研究,开发出了替代PVA的接枝变性淀粉浆料,产品中残留的单体极少,接枝率将近13%,其粘度低,粘度热稳定性好,对涤/棉纤维的粘附性好,上浆性能和目标浆料70%PVA+30%氧化淀粉相比,浆纱强力和伸长率、毛羽均好于目标浆料,耐磨性能和目标浆料也相差无几,克服了其他接枝变性淀粉浆料浆纱耐磨性差的缺点,在实验室涤/棉混纺经纱上浆中全部替代了PVA,取得了很好的上浆效果。The size of starch graft copolymer developed in the paper has a very few monomers which was left. Grafting ratio is close to 13%. The size has a low viscosity, a high degree of viscosity thermal stability and good adhesive power to terylene/cotton fibers. The starch graft copolymer is superior to the normal size of polyvinyl alcohol 70% and oxidized starch 30% in hairiness, breaking strength and elongation of sized yarns. The abrasive resistance of sized yarn is very close to the normal size and over the defect of abrasive resistance of other starch graft copolymer size. It is successful to replace PVA completely in warp sizing for terylene/cotton blend spun yarns.
