摘 要:目的:探讨学龄儿童头发锌、铁、铬、铜含量与视力低下的相关性.方法:调查298名小学生的标准对数视力,双眼裸视力≥1.0者为正常,双眼裸视力<1.0者为视力低下.原子吸收光谱法测定头发锌、铁、铬、铜的含量.结果:市区重点小学学生视力低下率明显高于郊区普通小学学生(P<0.001).视力低下组锌、铁、铬含量低于正常组,分别为P<0.001、P<0.05、P<0.001,其中,重点小学学生视力低下组锌、铬含量低于正常组(均P<0.05);普通小学生视力低下组锌、铁、铬低于正常组(均P<0.05).结论:头发锌、铁、铬含量与儿童视力低下可能相关.提示应关注儿童视力健康与微量元素等均衡营养的关系.Objective: To explore the relationship between poor vision of children and the content of Zn, Fe, Cr, Cu in their hair. Methods: To use standard logarithmic visional chart in 298 pupils. The normal group is children with double naked vision≥1.0 while the poor vision group is children with double naked vision〈 1.0. The contents of Zn, Fe, Cr, Cu are measured by atomic absorption spectrophotometer. Results: The rate of poor vision in the key school students is higher than that of the general school students (P 〈 0.001). The contents of Zn, Fe, Cr in the hair of the poor vision group are obviously lower than those of the contrastive normal group (P 〈 0.001, P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.001 ). The contents of Zn and Cr in the poor vision group are lower than those of the normal group in the key school students (P 〈 0.05). The contents of Zn, Fe and Cr in the poor vision group are lower than those of the normal group in the general school students (P 〈0.05). Conclusion: There is a close relationship between the contents of Zn, Fe, Cr and poor vision. We suggest that people should pay more attention to the sight of the children, enhance the nourishment and keep balance of microelements inside the body.
