中药配合眼部川芎嗪直流电离子导入治疗糖尿病视网膜病变74例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药配合眼部川芎嗪直流电离子导入治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的临床疗效。方法:将109例(214眼)糖尿 病视网膜病变患者随机分为治疗组74例(145眼),对照组35例(69眼),2组均以葛根素注射液静脉滴注、内服滋肾健脾化瘀方 (药用山茱萸、黄芪、石决明、大黄、生地黄、乳香、三七等)加减治疗,治疗组则加用眼部川芎嗪直流电离子导入治疗。主要观 察治疗前后视力和眼底变化。结果:总有效率治疗组为75．17％,对照组为60．87％,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0．05)。 2组治疗后视力均有所提高。结论:中药配合眼部川芎嗪直流电离子导入的综合疗法是治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的一种有效方法。Objective： To observe the curative effect of herbal medicine associated with ocular direct- currention- intro- duction of ligustrazine （ODCIL） for diabetic retinopathy （DR）. Methods： 109 cases （214 eyes） of DR were allocated to treatment group （74 cases, 145 eyes） and control group （35 cases, 69 eyes） randomly. Both groups were treated by iv drips of puerarin and internal use of Zishen Jianpi Huayu Fang （composed of Flructus Corni, Radix Astragali, Concha Haliotidis, Radix et Rhizoma Rhei, Radix Rehmanniae, Olibanum, and Radix Notoginseng with modification, added with ODCIL for treatment group. The visual acuity and ocular fundus were observed before and after treatment. Results： The total effective rate was 75. 17% and 60.87% in treatment group and control group respectively （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. The visual acuity of both groups were increased after treatment. Conclusion： Herbal medicine associated with ODCIL is an effective therapy for DR.
