摘 要:将微波等离子体炬原子发射光谱法(MPT-AES)与电热蒸发(ETV)进样技术联用,在不加基体改进剂的情况下测定了实际样品中的铅。结果表明ETV-MPT-AES样品消耗量少,灵敏度高,适合于实际样品中痕量铅的测定。An sample introduction technique of electrothermal vaporization (ETV) was combined with microwave plasma torch atomic emission spectrometry (MPT-AES) for direct determination of trace Pb. The effects of concomitant elements especially easily ionized elements (EIEs) on the emission intensity of lead were studied in detail. No matrix modifier was required in this method. The results indicated that ETV-MPT-AES not only has the advantage of micro sample consumptio (a volume of 3 μL for each injection), but also offers higher sensitivity for the determination of Pb as compared with that obtained with pneumatic neubulization (PN)-MPT-AES.
