摘　　要：作为执政党的中国共产党的法治领导是依法治国的必然要求和趋势。从法理层面深入理解党的法治领导,是实现党的领导方式由人治领导向法治领导的转变和加强党的执政能力建设的观念前提和理论基础。The Party＇s rule-by-law leadership is necessary demand of the rule of law. Understand the Party＇s rule-by-law leadership from the legal principle aspect thoroughly, it is idea prerequisite and theoretical foundation of propelling the Party＇s leadership＇s switch from rule-by-man leadership to rule-by-law leadership and strengthening the construction of the Party＇s ability of administration.
