金融弱化现象中的融资机制:金融支持中部崛起的实证分析

摘　　要：从金融的角度看,中部地区经济起飞阶段的突出困难,表现为金融深化不够,金融对经济的渗透力较差,“金融弱化”现象背后的深层次原因并不在于资金短缺,而在于社会融资机制不健全,储蓄不能有效地转化为投资,因此,金融支持中部崛起的具体途径是重塑融资机制。Financial dilemma of central China on the rising stage is ＂financial weakening＂, and the reason of ＂financial weakening＂ is not shorten of money or capital, but the inefficient financial mechanism, which results to the savings can＇ t be transferred into investment effectively. It＇ s concluded that an efficient financial mechanism is crucial to ＂centralrise＂ .
