用SSPD测量激光二极管线阵的近场花样

摘　　要：用自扫描光电二极管线阵（ＳＳＰＤ）测到了激光二极管线阵发射的激光束在ｐｎ结平面内的近场分布。发现与有关ＬＤ单条的理论分析基木相同：近场光强分布轮廓线近似等于双曲余弦函数倒数（１／ｃｏｓｈ）平方。The near-field distribution of Laser Diode Array in the pn junction plane has been measured with Self Scanned Photodiode Array.It's evident that the difference between single Laser Diodeand Laser Diode Array does not sufficiently show on near-field distribution which approximates the square reverse of hyperbolic cosine function.
