摘　　要：本恒温控制装置采用价格低廉的运算放大器和三位半数字电压表专用集成电路，具有较高的控温精度，经４年的使用对半导体区熔炉的控温效果良好。The controlled temperture device is made of arithmetic amplifers cheap in price and the special-purpose integrated cicuit of the 3.5-digit voltage meter. Its precision in controlling temperature is very high. It is shown that the device works well in controlling the temperature of the sone melting furnace, after used for four years
