摘　　要：分析了在当前形势下,由于高校人才培养模式、就业制度、就业观念等尚未能适应高等教育大众化带来的变化而出现的一些新的就业问题,并提出了几点对策。The paper argues that in the current situation, the pattern of talent training, the employment system and the idea of employment in the tertiary institutions cannot keep up with the changes caused by the popularization of higher education. As a result, some new problems conceming undergraduates＇ employment emerge. Some countermeasures are also pUt forward.
