摘　　要：尹仲容被台湾工商界称为“台湾经济之父”,其经济思想主要表现在两个方面:一是“以变应变”的经济政策思想;二是“藏富于民”的经济发展指导思想。这两种思想主要通过指导台湾当局的经济决策和正确处理“公营”与“民营”的关系,对台湾经济发展产生深远影响。Yin Zhongrong is called “the father of economy of Taiwan” in the business field of Taiwan, his economic thought mainly consists of two aspects： the economic policy thought of“coping with shifting events by changing” and the economic development guidelines of“making wealth to be stored by the people ” This two thoughts exert a deep influence to economic development of Taiwan mainly by instructing Taiwan authorities＇ s making economic policy and correctly coping with the relation bewteen “public-owned” and “ private ”.
