藏山羊二价染色体高分辨G带核型的研究

摘　　要：应用延长低渗和固定液中加入氯仿的方法，制备了藏山羊二价染色体高分辩Ｇ带核型，结果表明：二价染色体带纹数约为体细胞染色体的２倍，带型十分丰富，带纹分化明显，反差大，特征鲜明，并认为用二价染色体高分辩核型作为研究藏山羊。High resolution G banding karyotype of the bivalent chromosome in the Tibetan Goats was prepared by the long treatment with hypotonic solution,and then fixation with carnoy solution.The result shows that the number of bivalent G bands is twice as many as the number of body cell chromosome G bands,which are of obvious differentiation and significant character.It is considered that using bivalent karyotype for the study of cytogenetic charater of the Goat and yak is a good method.
