黑白花乳牛关节滑膜炎的研究Ⅱ．实验性腕关节滑膜炎疗效的关节滑液动态检测评价

摘　　要：以７头１岁龄健康黑白花乳牛的７个左腕关节作为对照组，７个右腕关节作为治疗组，在第０天采取全部正常腕关节滑液（ＳＦ）及血液样品，同时进行两性霉素Ｂ关节内注射诱发１４个腕关节的急性浆液性腕关节滑膜（ＡＳＣＳ），然后分别在第２（４８小时）、７、１２、２２天进行四次采样待检．治疗组在第二、三采样时（第２、７天）分别进行一次关节注射治疗，治疗药物为醋酸强的松龙７５ｍｇ与普鲁卡因青霉素５０万单位的混合液，ＳＦ成分动态检测结果表明，试验牛ＡＳＣＳ时急剧变化的滑液细胞计数（ＴＣＣ）、总蛋白（ＴＰ）及各组分、乳酸脱氢酶（ＬＤＨ）、碱性磷酸酶（ＡＬＰ）、γ－谷氨酰转肽酶（γ－ＧＴ）等成分含量迅速恢复正常，对照组恢复缓慢，治疗组与对照间存在显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０１或０．０５），疗效显著，各血清成分动态测定值无明显变化（Ｐ＞０．０５）．关节滑液的动态控制，对关节炎症的治疗效果评价客观、准确、可靠。With 7 left carpal jonits of 7 one year old healthy Chinese black and white dairy cattle as control group and 7 right ones as a group for treatment all normal carpal synovial fluid(SF) and blood sera(S) samples were aspirated at 0 day and the intra articular injection of amphatericin conducted to induce the acute serous carpal synovitis(ASCS),then the SF and sera samples were aspirated respectivily at 2nd (48 hours late).7th,12th and 22th days.Joints of treat group each were treated with intra articular injection of mixture of prodnisolone acetate 75mg and procaine penicillin 500,000iu just after the second and third times of arthrocentesis (ie:2nd and 7th days).The control ones were not treated.The results of dynamic determination of SF showed that,in treat group,the values of some SF components such as total cell counts(ALP),γ glutamy transpetidase(γ GT),which markly changed in ASCS,returned to normal rapidly,in control group,the values of SF components recovered slowly,there were significant differences between control and treat group( P <0.01 or 0.05),the intra articular injection theerapy was markly effective of ASCS,changes of blood sera components values in dynamic process were not significant ( P >0.05).Dynamic determination of synovial fluid(SF) components was objective,exact and reliable for evaluation of curative effects on arthritis and was helpful to judge the local metabolism of the joints,and the
