摘　　要：贸易摩擦频繁,我国参与经济全球化环境发生了变迁,我们应研究应对战略和对策。本文提出积极实施企业“走出去”的战略与对策,并就企业“走出去”的必然性、形式和艰难性作了简略分析,供参考。There have been frequent frictions in international trade and the background of the economic globalization, against which we are doing business, is constantly changing. Accordingly, we should seek some strategies to cope with the new situation. This article holds that we should actively implement the strategy of enterprises ＂going abroad＂. The article also analyses the inevitability and practical forms of ＂going abroad＂, and predicts difficulties enterprises might encounter.
