利用PLC实现污水厂粗格栅机的全方位监控

摘　　要：针对污水厂钢丝绳牵引式粗格栅机的使用情况及其效率低、易出故障的缺陷,提出利用PLC实现对其进行改进和全方位监控的方法,并对PLC程序流程图进行了详细说明。实际应用表明,该控制系统结构简单,可靠性高,较好的实现了提高工作效率、保护粗格栅机的目的。To the operating position and defect of the thick grid machine of sewage plant, put forward the method of making use of PLC to realize its omni-directional control, and has proved in detail to the PLC procedure flow chart. Practical application indicates, this control system is of simple structure, highly dependahility, it have totally achieved the purpose of improving working efficiency and protected of file thick grid machine.
