摘　　要：本文介绍了一种基于FPGA设计产生线阵CCDTCD1208AP芯片复杂驱动电路和整个CCD的电子系统控制逻辑时序,并给出了时序仿真波形。工程实现结果表明:该驱动电路结构简单、功耗小、成本低、抗干扰能力强,适用于工程小型化的要求。A design method is introduced for the complex driving circuit of liner array CCD TCD1208AP and for the control logic timer of the whole electronic system of the CCD and its waveforms of time order simulation were given in this article. The result of the project realization indicates that the driving circuit is characterized by simple framework, low power consumption, and strong anti-jamming ability, which meet the demand of miniaturization for the project
