摘 要:比较了不同偶联剂用量、不同温度下对不同质量分数的悬浮液的降粘效果,测定的结果表明悬浮液质量分数越大,偶联剂对其降粘效果越好,但不宜在高温下进行改性。且加入偶联剂后,碳酸钙的表面性能得到改善。The viscidity-reducing effect of aluminum zirconium-based coupling agents on calcium carbonate suspension was investigated. The investigation was carried out at various temperatures and coupling agent dosages. The resuits showed that the viscosity of calcium carbonate suspension with high concentration was more sensitive to the coupling agent, and could be reduced more significantly than the one with low concentration. The addition of coupling agents also improved the surface properties of calcium carbonate. However, the aluminum zirconium-based coupling agents were not recommended to modify calcium carbonate at high temperature.
