摘　　要：目的:建立测定芩连抗病毒胶囊中黄芩苷的含量的HPLC法.方法:Extend ODS C18色谱柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相甲醇-水-磷酸(47:53:0.2)为流动相,检测波长280 nm.结果:该方法的线性范围为0.298 6～1.493μg(r=0.999 6),平均回收率为98.57%～100.9%,RSD＜1.4%.结论:该方法简便、准确、灵敏度高、重复性好,可作为该制剂的含量测定方法.Objective：To establish a HPLC method for quantification of baicaline in Qinlian antivirus capsules. Methods：A HPLC analysis was performed via an Extend ODS C18 column（ 150 mm ×4.6 mm,5μm）, an eluate composed of methanol-water-phosphoric acid（47：53：0.2）, and the detection wavelength at 280 nm. Results：The calibrated linear curve of baicaline concentration was in the range of 0.298 6- 1.493 μg（ r = 0.999 6）, and the mean recovery was 98.57% -100.9% with RSD less than 1.4%. Conclusion： This reliable, sensitive HPLC method can be used for the quantitation of baicaline in Qinlian antivirus capsules.
