摘　　要：白细胞介素10(IL-10)是人体多效细胞因子,在免疫系统中发挥着免疫抑制、抗炎及免疫调节的功能。就IL-10治疗银屑病、类风湿关节炎、克隆病、慢性丙型肝炎、器官移植等多种疾病的临床试验研究进展作一综述。Interleukin 10 （IL-10） is a pleiotropic cytokine involved in immunosupression, antiinflammation and immuno-modulation. This paper reviews the progresses of clinical studies of recombinant human interleukin 10 for treatment of some diseases, such as psoriasis, rheumatoid arthri tis, Crohn＇ s disease, chronic hepatitis C and organ transplantation.
